Our A/C went out so I called Sim's - they were so fast - they had someone at my house within 2 hours of my call! It's 100 degrees outside right now, excessive heat warning today so I figured they would be very busy - but they got to me quickly - they were very knowledgeable and found and fixed the problem within an hour.
