Brennan Monk is the best. He knew we were on a tight time crunch, having to leave for the airport. He was so kind in that he got up earlier to be sure to arrive at 0800. He had out unit fixed in under an hour and that included going to get the needed capacitor for replacement. We saved money with the service contract. So worth it!! Thank you again. Tim Nelson was my A/C technician today and I rate him 5 stars PLUS! He was early to our appt. which worked well for me! He did a very thorough check over the unit inside which required working in a tight space -- but he managed very well. He worked on the outside unit in 95 degree heat checking everything plus cleaning it. Awesome!
