Very quick response time to address concerns with my refrigerator leaking. Daimon was an excellent technician and took very good care of the problem we were experiencing.

Communication on the status of the service call, and the arrival of the technician were outstanding.

The technician was very nice and explained the situation. He didn’t do any work because I canceled the job due to the cost your company would charge me to replace a $20 switch. The cost would have been about $500. Including the diagnostic cost. That is absolutely ridiculous and seems to be bordering on highway robbery. I will not recommend your company to anyone and in fact will make it a point to dissuade anyone I know from using your company. I am shocked by how outrageous this experience has been.
