A great visit. The staff was friendly and professional. The front desk staff was extremely patient. She appeared to have complete control and knowledge of how to keep the flow moving through the office. The medical staff that I saw, focused on my concerns and addressed them with a plan. Before leaving, I was provided handouts to support the information I received and the plan was reviewed with me to make sure I understood the treatment plan. If you’re planning a NEW appointment, I suggest you inquire about the new patient visit form and complete it prior to your visit because it is very extensive.

Sitting in the parking lot of Olivier Dermatology since I wanted to post this review ASAP. The entire experience was everything an appointment should be. The lobby was neat and had plenty of available seating. The front desk staff were polite and efficient. The assistant was personable and still accomplished the work up in a timely manner. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable, reassuring, competent and likeable. All of my concerns were addressed and a satisfactory resolution reached in a reasonable amount ot time. So, I feel like....they work hard to provide both excellent care and service to me. I enjoy the timely care and use of technology....keep up the hard work. Update: For those who feel her office didn't rise to resolve the problem, I felt her staff continues working hard. Her staff went above and beyond in dealing with insurance conflicts and finding resolutions to help patients.
