This past Friday evening, I cut my lower left leg and immediately knew I needed stitches. I limped into the Ryan street location and received immediate attention. Someone came out to the waiting room to dress my wound until a room was available. All staff members were friendly and professional, as always. Bobby Spencer, PA, did an excellent job with the sutures, and my laceration is healing up just fine. I've been going to Lake Charles Urgent Care for 15 years, and they always take great care of my wife and I. We'll continue going to them when our PCPs aren't available.
The doctors, nurses and receptionists are so caring and sweet. I have not had a bad experience yet. They are the best urgent care in the area, hands down. I will not go anywhere else when needing to visit an urgent care. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.
