The staff, nurse, nurse's assistant and Nurse Practitioner were kind in their speech, respectful and considerate of my feelings (I was sick and running a fever) and though they were busy took time to listen to me and explain the treatment - flu & covid test, x-ray and medication. I've been to this Urgent Care many times over the years, when I can't get in to see my doctor, and the quality of service is always the same.

I went in and got a flu shot like I normally do every year.This time, it was a little different, I told the receptionist I was there to get a flu shot and she told me okay, gave me the clipboard and told me to have a seat. After I handed her the paper, she told me to pay after I got the shot, which is what I normally do anyways. Then I sat there for almost 45 to 50 minutes waiting to get my flu shot. I wasn't told how backed up they were until I heard another person walking in to see how long the wait was and I was shocked when I heard her say up to an hour. Everyone that attended to me were very professional and were very concerned. My evaluation was prompt and necessary treatment was administered. I will use this Urgent Care again if needed.
