Would give zero stars but it's not an option. They wouldn't give my husband a written script for a severely painfully ear infection and told them they would send his prescription over to cvs. That never happened and then wouldn't answer the phone. Really don't waste your time going there.

Every other urgent care accepts insurance cards on the phone but when I pulled up my official insurances card the receptionist refused it. Saying we don’t accept those I know every other urgent care does but we don’t on what grounds? It’s an official account that I pay on? All you need is the account number and my ID to verify the legitimacy of the account which I have provided. Ridiculous

I have been waiting for over 1 hr to do my labs and every person who came after me got through before me only to find out the the receptionist didn’t even enter my name into the system. To make it worse this is not the first time.
