My family & I cannot say enough good things about this company & the employees. We have used them for several years on many projects & the customer service is 5 stars plus. Tony, Birgit, & Josh care about what they do & the customer. I cannot say that for many companies anymore but this company stands firmly on their service & products. I have recommended them to many people & will continue to. These guys have become like family to us & we appreciate their dedication to excellent service!!!
Floor traders has been great for my family but specifically Birgit Moore. She is a blessing to our family for my dad who assists with installs. She prioritizes people while maintaining the business side. True kind soul.
B and Tony went above and beyond in making sure we were 100% happy with our floor selection. They beat the local competitors in price and service. Very knowledgeably, patient and friendly. We will definitely do business with them in the future.
