From the moment we called to let Johnson’s know my mother had passed the excellent care began. Mom passed at night but, Steve Schindler reached right out to me to tell me how the entire experience would proceed. Mom was living with me in Baton Rouge and he arranged, wishing an hour, transportation to Johnson’s in Lake Charles. We then set up a meeting and Rachael Broussard Rogers was the one who went over everything that Steve had prepared for us. And, she helped even more with the obituary and the incidentals. Although she would not be with us the day of mom’s funeral she told us who would be helping, making it easier for us. The day of the... read full review
