I would highly recommend no one getting their haircut here. I went and they messed my hair up and then I went back and it's okay at best. Basically they have amateurs in there and I just really wouldn't recommend going.

Just left. There's one cashier that conveniently has no name tag on!!! She was very rude and yelling at the guests for no reason!! Shauna was very helpful and explained to the rude cashier. She still continued to yell at guest. Never been treated so rudely in Penney's! I almost left my 109 of merchandise!! If it would not have been what my children picked out for Christmas I would have!

Never have had any issues with JCP. Every now and then you can find some good deals. Selection is adequate, but not outstanding. After receiving a somewhat cryptic circular in the newspaper, that suggested a new pricing strategy coming soon, I decided to investigate a bit online. Here's the 411... J.C. Penney -- now being referred to as jcpenney -- is implementing a new pricing strategy, slashing prices up to 40% and to keep them that way year round. This fair pricing strategy is designed to keep prices low on the basics shoppers look for frequently and introduce new merchandise on a routine schedule.
