Our inspector, Kevin Huang, was incredibly thorough and professional. He took his time addressing my concern and relayed in layman’s terms. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
We were extremely appreciative of Johnnie LaCombe's prompt arrival to address our fire ant issue. He conducted a thorough inspection to pinpoint the source of the problem and took the time to clearly explain both the treatment options and payment plans. While the treatment is still pending, we are already very impressed with the professionalism and exceptional service provided by J&J Exterminating. Kelvin Huang did an excellent job during my annual termite inspection. He informed me ahead of the inspection and gave me a detailed report when it was completed. He is both courteous and efficient and a credit to the J&J organization. He is definitely a five-star performer.
