Image Roofing put a roof on for me approximately 10 months ago. In that time, I have had to contact them on two separate occasions. The first time I noticed one of the vents was not rotating and the second time was about a leak on a vent and additionally a small section of shingles, approx 16 inches by 6 inches, that had come off in a storm. For the vent not rotating, I had to contact him twice to get it fixed after I was told someone would be out that week. When I first contacted Shayne about the other two issues he said he would be out within a week again. Two weeks went by and never reached out to me. Shayne is the most knowledgeable roofer I have ever met. He works closely with the customer to ensure the job is done correctly and that the inspection meets the requirements of your insurance. You can’t pick a better company to trust with your home.
