they fired one of their best, most knowledgeable people two hours before his shift ended because they stated they couldn't afford him. then they turned around and placed an add for a sales associate for 50,000k. mind you, they didn't pay him even close to that. I spent thousands here and I'll never spend another dime there again. it's a shame because they used to be such an amazing nursery. mind you, the person they fired didn't call in, he was very knowledgeable and he took care of the greenhouse better than I've ever seen anyone take care of it.

The Scene Greengate is one of those places that just feels good to walk through. The space is thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed. The greenhouse is my favorite spot -- full of exotic and specialty plants that you don't see everywhere in Lake Charles. Whether you're looking for annuals, perennials, indoor plant babies, or landscaping shrubs, everything is well-labeled and displayed in a way that inspires you to start rearranging your whole yard.

I stopped by just to look around the gardens, when I came across Mr Curry. He was very helpful, even though I told him my landscape project will be a future task. He went on to give me insight as to how to go about choosing and making great choices of plants, shrubs and trees for my landscape selections near and around my home as well as my pond. You educated me on what is needed and the initial steps that I'll need to take. Thanks again Mr Curry
