I was greeted immediately when walking through the door. I was serviced quickly, no waiting. And Lisa did my pedicure. She paid close attention to detail. Was very thorough and very careful not to hurt me. The polish was done very nicely. Her conversation was very friendly. I love the service at this spa and will be returning for more visits
I've used MANY nail salons in Lake Charles, and I've been going here for a few years now. I'm a regular with pedicures. They are phenomenal. Lisa is my go to girl. I have eczema on one foot and my heel gets bad, it's soft everytime I leave, and I have ingrown toe nails.... she's a wizard! Hands down best salon in LC.The place is always so clean and everyone is always sooooo nice. They have a point system and you sign in when you go and you can earn rewards! ?
