Chance at Elite Services is amazing! I called in needing help with getting my family of 5 and vehicle off the side of I-10. He arranged for a State Trooper meet the driver at our vehicle. He also made suggestions of rental agencies to help us catch our flight in Houston. Thank you, Chance for being calm and supportive in a scary situation!

I was stuck in the middle of nowhere of Cameron at night and needed a tow. Elite immediately answered the phone.The dispatcher and the tow driver, Justin, were super professional and friendly. Justin located me in under 40 mins and make sure to I was comfortable all the way to the bodyshop.Service: Long distance hauling

I'll try to make this short. I was referred to Elite by #truckworkz in the Lake Charles area. I need a mechanic and tow. I called Elite wrecker. Talk to Kayla. She sent out Quinton. If I spelt your name wrong. I'm sorry. I've dealt with many wrecker services in my career. The two representatives of this company is top shelf!! Not only is their prices fair. Their service is incredible. They are all about getting you back on the road. They are efficient, caring and friendly. I felt like I was a friend, not a customer. That!!! Was incredible. All I can say. Call Elite wrecker. If you don't!!! You are a fool.Btw, remember I said I needed a mechanic and tow?I didn't use either. Quinton got me back on the road an hour+- later.And probably save me $1k +- cause I didn't have to rent a hotel for 2 nights and didn't need #truckworkz. Mechanic failure always happens on a weekend. I will not use them again. 1st because they are over priced $263!! I was in so much pain. I asked to make payment with my credit card, I was told by Vickie that they only take cash payment. This was an accident not a repo. Call Atomic only $125

This is never a service you want to have to use. But, if you happen to need help in the Lake Charles,Louisiana area…I would not hesitate to call them again. Caleb I believe was his name communicated and assured my wife and I we wouldn’t be left stranded. Helped to get us transported safely off the side of I-10 and our vehicle to the shop.
