This is a great place to get in shape and stay in shape. They have many machines, along with equipment and a pool. Also have trainers and teachers to help you. My wife and I enjoy the Silver Sneakers program. Highly recommend the business.

I've been coming to DD in Moss Bluff for over a year now and I must say I'm very impressed with the staff, they've helped me out tremendously. The trainer that stands out to me the most is Justin Clark. He has gone over and beyond his job duties to help make me stronger and leaner!! I'm forever grateful to DD and Justin. Thank You!!!

I started out as a member August 2016 and the atmosphere between the members and instructors were just amazing for a gym. Later in April 2017 I became an instructor and fell love with what I do and all the members I interact with from both locations! Dynamic has offered me a so many new things that other gyms could never compare to with a great group fitness community where each member helps one another on a day to day basis and an amazing staff from the moment you enter the front doors. From a member to an now an employee I hope everyone feels how great the atmosphere is for a gym and tell others to get started today with Dynamic Dimensions at either location!
