I had the worst experience with this place and the worst part about it is the experience won't end! I got my haircut here over a year ago with JORDAN BROOKS. She did a decent job. The only problem was she left a few strands longer than the others but I fixed that myself. I booked an appointment out afterwards and a few days before the appointment I had to cancel so I messaged her and she acted like she didn't know who I was even though I gave her all the info in the text message. After she actually looked on Booksy she figured out who I was and we set another appointment. The beauty shop has been a very familiar place for me in the past couple of years. It is one of the few places that I can say feels like home. All of these ladies will go out of their way to make anyone that walks in feel at home. I have never been let down by any of these ladies! Especially Jordan and Nicolette who have been cutting my hair for a couple of years now! Come to the beauty shop!!!
