The service was good with the Dental assistant.they need to do better with customer service with calling patients back when the doctor is running late and arriving to the office I felt that was very unprofessional where I had to call back and my appointment for my son was pushed back cause he had left when I ask them to call when the doctor arrived and she said yes he’s here he’s been here 39 minutes that’s not good customer service other wise everything is good .
My kids had an appointment today and there was this girl with short hair who assisted and was so amazing to my kids. She helped them feel comfortable because they were nervous. I hope she’s there every time my kids has to go ?
My kids love to go to the dentist now. They are all so sweet! Dental assistant Oriel Is a sweetheart! She's so polite, aways smiling and she explained everything I needed to know about my daughters root canal. You want be disappointed.
