Sean came to repair my inside ac unit for leaks. He explained everything that he was doing. He is so polite and professional. As young as he is, he definitely knows everything about AC's. Also Ashley is so helpful and willing to get a tech to your home in a timely manner. Please call Ragin Air for AC problems because you won't be disappointed.

My AC broke and I have Home Warranty of America so I called Ragin Air LLC and ask if they could help me. I spoke to Ashley the office manager and she was very kind and helpful and she said she would call HWA and tell them they will take care of us. I was very impressed with the time that she called me back and said they were approved to take my claim. She sent a technician out right away, he found the problem, they called HWA and got the part approved for installation. The technician was nice, just so happened to have the part on his truck so he fixed it and was on his way in a few hours. I am very impressed with Ragin Air and will definitely call them in the future.
