I just wanted to take a minute to acknowledge Cynthia at palm beach Johnston location. A lot of times I’m dragging in after a long day of chasing a 19month old (and all the meltdowns that come with that), laundry duty, cooking, cleaning, etc. she always greets me and everyone with such a smile and positive attitude. In a world that seems to have lost the importance of customer service, Cynthia is a breath of fresh air and deserves a shoutout.

I’ve had an awesome experience every time I visit Palm Beach Tan. The staff is always warm, professional, and willing to explain the different bed levels and products so I can get the best results. The salon is consistently clean and organized, and I appreciate how quick and smooth the check-in process is. The beds are powerful and comfortable, and I’ve noticed great color that lasts. I also love that they offer different options to fit my schedule and tanning goals. Overall, Palm Beach Tan has become my favorite—highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and even better results! Staff are Amazing!!

Felt so welcomed into this location compared to the Hammond, LA. The girls here are so friendly, nice, and informative! Adored Mrs. Brandy who is a plethora of knowledge. Great place, great atmosphere.
