Dr Stacey is so patient. So kind. She explains everything that is happening with your issue, what it comes from, how to completely heal it if possible and explains in detail what she will be doing to you in the meantime. This is my second time going there and have nothing but positive words to say about everyone. from the ladies at the front desk to the x ray techs in the back. Prayers I don’t ever have to go back but if I do it will the there!
Kelly Becnel was amazing! I was suffering so much from my hip and hoping I can get some kind of relief from a Cortizone shot but she did way better than that . I wasn’t looking for drugs. She is helping me through this long-term. I’m so happy I walked into the LOS urgent care. I’ve only been there twice and it was fantastic both times.
I showed up a little before they unlocked the doors. I was able to sign in right away and it was relatively soon that I was getting X-rayed and talking to a PA. Kelly Becnel recommended a treatment plan and so far I am happy with the results. Overall the staff were attentive and professional, getting me in and out efficiently and with good results. The nurse was nice, though I don't remember her name. Hopefully I don't injure myself again, but if it happens, I will return to Orthopedic Urgent Care.
