The staff is extremely respectful and helpful I went in and they always strive to make you comfortable even when your sick!!!! Please if need to see a dr. Go to Lourdes Urgent care!!!!
Went about an hour before they closed because my toddler had thrown up several times that day and wasn't holding anything down. We were in the back room within 15 minutes of arriving. We declined a Covid and strep test because she was already feeling bad and we didn't want to upset her.. and we had suspected stomach bug/something she ate that was bad. The doctor was understanding and gave us exactly what we went there for- nausea medicine. We were out of there within 30 minutes. My daughter was able to hold fluids down and it helped us avoid a trip to the ER. The employees were all very nice. Highly recommend.
Dr. Laura and her staff were wonderful. I've been sick with COVID, although it wasn't a bad case. She decided to take X-rays and determined that I also had pneumonia. Thanks to her, I was able to get antibiotics. I now feel much better.
