Lourdes Urgent Care - Ambassador Caffery offers quick and reliable healthcare services. Patients often praise the friendly and knowledgeable staff for their thorough care. The clinic is clean and has short wait times, with some patients being seen in under 15 minutes. The facility provides a range of services, including check-in online, virtual visits, COVID-19 testing, and occupational medicine. Many appreciate the clinic's speed and welcoming atmosphere, making it a preferred choice over main campus emergency rooms. Recent visitors also highlighted the helpfulness of the staff, noting that the clinic even performs X-rays when needed, such as for injuries sustained on the job. The professional check-in process and caring medical team, including Dr. Laura Rogers and Jazmine Brooke, help ensure patients feel reassured and well cared for during their visit.
My daughter was seen on Saturday evening, and from the time we walked in til we walked out we were greeted with smiles and kindness. We're from out of town, and the intake nurse found us a 24 hour pharmacy close by. Everyone went above and beyond to make us comfortable and to help us. I have never before received that kind of care. These people are doing a great job!!! Thank you!!
I had a pleasant experience throughout my visit.Everyone on the Staff was very friendly, helpful and of course very knowledgeable. The staff at that location is a rarity. I will definitely go back again when I need medical assistance. Thanks very much to everyone on that staff at that location.Keep up the good work.👍
I was diagnosed correctly. The doctor spent about two minutes with me; most of that time she was halfway out the door. No discussion about the disease, even the painful aspect of shingles.
