Five-Star Service on a Sunday! I can’t say enough good things about Logic Refrigeration and the amazing AC tech, Tyler who came out to help me—on a Sunday, no less! He was truly incredible: polite, kind, and an absolute hard worker. He arrived within an hour, diagnosed the problem in under 10 minutes, and told me that even though it was the weekend, he’d do his best to find the part we needed. Not only did he follow through—he went above and beyond. When he realized an additional component was needed, he didn’t hesitate to go back and get it. The whole time, he reassured me, thoroughly explained everything both before and after the repair, and made sure I knew he was just a phone call away. It’s rare to come across this level of dedication and professionalism. I was genuinely impressed and so grateful.
