Service… Lee’s is the real deal! From the initial call with Catherine at 8am to multiple service and sales representatives that were involved in getting my outer unit replaced for 6pm. Their people make the difference!
My family was having problems with their heater. They were told it needed to cleaned and have other maintenance. Paid for maintenance and scheduled a day and time for it to be done. The next day, the heater went completely out and the blower motor needed to be replaced. They gave a quote for $1,700 to replace blower motor. We thought that was a little high. We called other companies and they all quoted near $500 for repair. We thought that they were trying to take advantage of my family because she is older and single living in a big house. Contacted the owner about getting refund for maintenance that was not completed and was told that there are absolutely no refunds, no matter what. The owner was extremely rude and argumentative. He was condescending and would not listen to or address our concerns. We asked him for an explicitly of the quote about why it was so high, he yelled that he "has been doing this for 50 years, it is his company and he can charge whatever he wants and doesn't have to tell you why." We do not recommend this company.
