Great customer service. They were the only place in Lafayette that would warranty a key that they made, being the blanks (everywhere) weren't an exact match. Ultimately, it DID match the key.
Amazing service and fantastic fast job. I called them to replace a broken deadlock for my townhouse on a Saturday at 4pm in 30 degree weather.
