I used Pop a Lock twice recently, both experiences were excellent but the last technician went above and beyond. I am handicapped and in a wheelchair, I don't have a ramp at my doorsteps at home and I have a step at each. He got me from the house to the car, and made sure I got transferred safely. He also cleaned the posts on my battery, they were badly corroded. I am so thankful for the truly wonderful service.

My technician was faster than originally expected, super helpful, friendly & professional. I'd like to add that he had a great sense of humor & made my stressful situation & day turn into a fun day that left me smiling.

The service I received was 10x the service I would have received at the dealership for at least 50% cheaper. Not only excellent value but dedication to getting the job done perfectly and professionally seems to be standard for everyone.
