I initially tried filing my taxes through TurboTax, which estimated a massive liability that nearly gave me a heart attack. Thankfully, I visited Mrs. Janine’s office, and within minutes, she and her assistant Carmen had everything sorted out. They were incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. I’m genuinely grateful for professionals like Mrs. Janine—she brings compassion and clarity to something as stressful and tedious as taxes. My experiences here have been a pleasure, the truth is that Mrs. Janine and her assistants Michelle and Mrs. Carmen are always very nice. Before, for me, doing taxes was a huge nerve, but since I started going with them I understand more and they have taught me how to keep my accounts more in order, so doing taxes is no longer a headache and they have always been fair.
