I really found out alot about my body coming here. As far as somethings that I need to increase my workout on and stretching with my head leaning backwards for my curve in the back. Something doctors have Never told me in my annual exam. The instructors were very patient, informative, yet stern. I will replace this over my Planet Fitness membership 10 fold.

Great service, the instructor and the owner Great people, between the 2 of them they did our group for work. They explained everything thoroughly and stuck with us through the whole process. Would recommend, experienced and knowledgeable about what they do. Thanks

Perfect for me! Amazing pool. Great staff. Jess walked me through all the weight machines and got me set up with a perfect beginner work out. I can be in and out in under an hour which is necessary for my busy life. I love The Fontana Center
