Excellent service and wonderful staff from front desk to back of clinic. Everyone is so kind and caring with our pups. I love how they were able to clip our dogs nails today when everyone else had given up on trying to clip the squiggly one. Thank you thank you! I highly recommend English Clinic.

From the moment we walked in, this veterinary clinic made both me and my pet feel completely at ease. As a first time visitor, I was genuinely impressed by how kind, welcoming, and attentive everyone was! They truly treated us like family, not just another appointment.
Dr.Katie and Kelly took the time to answer every single question I had thoroughly and thoughtfully, never making me feel rushed or silly for asking. It was clear they genuinely cared!
What really stood out was how quickly they were able to get us in when we needed care. Knowing that they are responsive and dependable in moments of concern gives me so much peace of mind.
Overall, this is hands down the best place to go for veterinary care. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine love for animals shines through in everything they do. I’m so grateful we found them! Highly, highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful! We have recently swapped over from another vegetarian and couldn't be happier with our decision, also since we a members of The Lodge Pet Resort, we decided to bundle both places. The vet tech Allison was amazing start to finish; extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We couldnt have asked for better assistance! We will be lifelong visitors to English Animal Clinic and I sincerely encourage pet owners to give them a try. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

i've assisted a friend in getting her schnauzer to this vet s office for almost 11 years .... monday , i missed an appointment due to the pets owner being in surgery at the heart hospital .......when i realized appointment was missed , i quickly called to reschedule ..... pets owner was readmitted to heart hospital with complications and i politycalled and explained .... haley lashed out at me that i would be charged a 25 dollar no show fee ..... i was trying to look in appointment book to reschedule and accept the fee when she just hung up on me .... i called back to get a call into someone with more authority.....im supposed to receive a call this afternoon from the vet ..... now im scared to bring the dog, because of the hateful person , haley ...... everyone else has ALWAYS been very nice ....

Hi. I recently had to deal with the grief and pain of losing my childhood dog and bestfriend. This Office is one i would recommend ONLY for basic things like nail clipping and routine shots! They had knowledge of my dogs bladder issues for over a year, foul breath, rotting teeth, and almost every other symptom showing kidding failure, and yet never ONCE had done tests or even offered to look into it deeper. I understand if It was mentioned once why they wouldn't go to the lengths of testing, but after it was mentioned several times something should have been done. Instead of testing earlier it was caught too late. They offered to provide dialysis, of-course that's hundreds of dollars a week so it's money in their pocket, but it would not prolong her life at all since it was way too late. The moral of the story is that people bring their loved animals to vets to know and ensure that their pets are getting proper medical care and to upkeep their animals health. This is a veterinary office, they should have known better. They should have tested rather than pass it off as "old age" or "a minor uti" after several times it was mentioned. My dog was 12 she could have probably lived a few years longer with all of us if the proper procedures were met. I am not trying to point fingers but it is VERY disheartening to think that My Parents and I trusted my dog had good health, because of what the vet said, only because improper procedure was followed. They could have done more. This is not me passing blame, it is me leaving an honest review and hoping that this vet office will do more in the future. You guys suck. You guys NEVER offered any tests. And if you would like to further discuss this , email me privately. Because i know you’re seeing this AGAIN
