I have known Corey for over 10 years. Just an outstanding builder. His work speaks for itself. He definitely takes care of his customers. Never heard a bad thing about his projects.

This is the second home Corey has built for us. He is fair, cost conscious, and easy to work with. We actually really enjoyed the home building process both times!

Corey Simon exceeded our expectations as a builder. From the first meeting, it was clear that he was committed to building us an exceptional home. He offered thoughtful suggestions, solved problems quickly, and kept the project moving smoothly. The quality of his work is outstanding—solid, precise, and beautifully finished. What impressed us most was his professionalism and genuine pride in his craft. We absolutely love the home that we built together.
