I had already been to two mechanics previously.
The first one only had to change out the transmission solenoid housing... but instead he did more damage to it, requiring the whole transmission to need replacing, where that had not previously been required. He had my car for a whole month. And those car rentals are not cheap.
The second mechanic had my car for a TWO whole months. In that time he diagnosed the needed repairs... but did not document anything like I requested... then sat there with my car for TWO WHOLE MONTHS not getting any repairs done, and very little communication to keep me updated.
Did I mention that those car rentals are not cheap?

Friendly people, great service. One thing that stood out is, in this day and age it’s hard to trust people. They offer free shuttle. Being an older lady I was a bit nervous. The min I got in that shuttle the driver was the sweetest human around. I felt calm and we actually talked an laughed together. So nice to know they still have Good people around.

Very clear-cut what needs to be done, they call and check in first on anything, they have a shuttle service in Lafayette, a lot of the repairs come with warranty, and honestly I won't be bringing my vehicles anywhere else anymore!!
