I Thank Freedom Electric, so much for responding to my call, I called the company about 7 a.m. Thursday morning, panicking,, the light fixture had fallen, from the ceiling, that was installed, five years ago , from someone else.. The owner reassured me that someone would come out that day , or I would be the first one on the list the next morning.. But when I got the call from Mr. Matt 4 hours later, Mr. Matt saiid , they were on the way to repair the issue. II was so happy and relieved. I am so grateful for Jansen and his team of professionals. This is literally my second 5 star review because I truly meant it when I said it, they're so reliable and on time. Each time Ive had a problem, they've resolved it. Their knowledge and perseverance to get down to the issue and keep your family up and going is exactly what makes Freedom my go to for years to come.

Great service, friendly and reasonably priced. What we thought would be an easy fix turned into a lot of troubleshooting on Alex's part in this heat as well. Owner Mr. Jansen even showed up to assist, problem was found and fixed quickly by the team. I couldn't be happier, they had even estimated getting to me on Thursday or Friday and fit me in the next morning on the Wednesday. They even fit in installing my flood light camera. I will continue to do business with Freedom Electric.
