scam artists, money grab. they trap you in, hook up to your car and tell you that you're in a parking violation which was not true. they only will take cash payment $170 or they start pulling your vehicle onto their wrecker. absolutely do not do business with these people! they are crooks! call another wrecker service! i repeat... even if youre in a bind... call another wrecker service. do not do business with these people. also if you come into contact with the driver "brian" just go ahead and send him down the road and call another wrecker service. completly unprofessional, immature, rude and quite frankly dumb. do not do business with this company. they should be arrested for thier scams they pull on innocent victims. these are predators taking advantage of anyone they can make some quick cash on.
Previous reviewer calling them predatory nailed it. I was unaware that an entire shopping strip would be a tow zone on Johnston St and was towed within ten minutes of parking according to the receipt for my $248.67
I had 4 kids with me when our suv was towed. I paid for the spot and even paid for an additional hr, just to assure that we wouldn’t be towed. Lo and behold we were towed anyway for absolutely no reason & just left sitting in a dark parking lot downtown. I spoke to 3 different people within the company & no one seemed to have any sort of answers, much less even care at all AND I was told that it would cost almost $300 to get our suv back. After finally making it back home the owner called me apologizing for the whole situation & saying that "he doesn’t like how the situation was handled” & how he wanted to make things right. He met my husband & I at the tow yard...read full review
