Me and my wife took our Rv to get the generator worked on, and one of our Jack'sSpring had broken off and starter problem these guys really stand behind their workThey are very friendly. Blak and Phillip is the real deals. If we have any other problem, we will take our Rv back to Billy Thibeaux's Premiere R. Great service
Lost 12v inside coach. Went to their shop and was told they were about three weeks out. Young man came out and looked. Billy Thibodaux’s Premiere RV repaired some plumbing issues that prevented my use of the internal water system. They did a great job of diagnosing and fixing the problem at a very reasonable price. Additionally and even more importantly, helped me solve a problem over the phone the next day as my coach was experiencing some very confusing electrical issues. I’m 900 miles from home with another 1200 more to my destination and the electrical system was dead. There is no monetary value that can be placed on patient, responsive, and interactive customer service. These guys are great!!!
