I felt like I should leave a review echoing the reviewer from three months ago who experienced a Colonscopy scheduling issue. I don’t want to be rude, but I do want to curb possible stress for someone else.I initially was given a few options for Colonscopy dates. One in June, a few in July and August 25th. After scheduling for August, my husband thought it was too long to wait so I called to reschedule for the June date. Everything seemed good to go. My prep was prescribed, I received instructions via the mail, but when I showed up, the appointment was scheduled for July. I can't even understand the negative reviews for AGA. I have been going to this professional medical office for many years and have never had an issue with anyone; not billing, front desk, not nurses or PA's, and most certainly not the doctor I see! The entire staff is professional and takes very good care of my gastro needs. If I have questions, I ask, if I'm not sure of anything, I ask and I don't rely on them to call my insurance and do the things that I can do as the patient. Sure, they will verify your insurance and let you know what your portion will be, times/dates,etc., but I make it my business to know what's going on and to have a relationship with the people...read full review

the only reason I took off a star is because whom ever I talk with on the phone when I call is usually very rude. but besides that they rarely have a wait and it's in and out. the doctor I see is amazing and listens and cares.
