Welty’s was recommended to me by friends and I’m so happy to have found them! I really feel like I’m in great hands w/ Mike and his crew. Mike spent a lot of time diagnosing the issue in my older Metairie home and put together a plan that was affordable. They are professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, respectful and kind. We got multiple quotes to replace our old central AC unit and we ultimately went with Ronald Welty Heating & Air Conditioning. Mr. Welty himself came to do the inspection for the quote. He and his technician, Mike, were prompt and professional but most of all, knowledgeable and direct. You could tell they paid attention to the details by the questions they asked, and they answered all of our questions thoroughly and didn't use any sales pitch. I just had Mike and Andrew out here installing the uv lights along with the air scrubber. Two of the nicest and proffeprofes guys you could ever meet! I highly recommend Ronald Welty Heating & AC!!! I'm really happy with everything and will definitely use them for years to come. Thanks guys!! !
