I had two other companies come look at my unit before they did and it was obvious within 3 minutes that these guys actually knew what they were doing. FINALLY someone who didn't beat around the bush and was knowledgeable about their craft. They immediately took the unit apart, diagnosed issues, and had it back up and running within 5 minutes.
