Mr. Ken was amazing, he did a full setup on my violin. It sounds like a completely different instrument. He is very friendly and offers recommendations. He is very thorough and asks all the questions he needs so you can get the sound you are wanting out of your instrument. As long as the shop is open I will always be a returning customer!

If they don't have it, he will find it. Even tried to piece together a 12 string set for me after being sold out. Worked diligently until he actually found me a whole set that got misplaced with other strings. Very knowledgeable, great service, great venue.

Ken and Becky are both very friendly...Ken is very informed on his merchandise one of the most patient people I know...Purchased a violin recently .My husband and myself were there all afternoon...He took his time and showed us the in and outs of all price ranges of violins...And addressed all our questions... I would recommend this business to anyone from beginners to seasoned musicians. Ken has a very large selection of instruments in the store.
