The service provides home and office deliveries with 3- or 5-gallon bottles and case water. Customers report that the drivers do a great job, are always on schedule, and leave orders complete. Sunday 8:00 appointment. I arrived 7:30, but they start working at 8:00. Loaded in 30 min. FCFS.
Tuesday 8:00 appointment. I arrived 7:30, but they start receiving no earlier than 9:00. Left my phone number and waited for the call at truck stop nearby. Unloaded by 10:00.
I arrived for an 8 AM appointment, but they told me there’s no appointment — it’s first come, first served. It’s obvious the unloading is very slow. It’s a shame I ended up here again. I’m giving them a 3-star rating. Who knows how much time I’ll lose because of this terrible service.
P.S They finally started unloading at 09:44.
