I find this business to be very unprofessional because I booked an appointment to have my henna done since Monday with one of the employees, and I had an appointment set for Thursday October 1st, 2020 and I showed up all the way from the Westbank to Kenner. I went there for nothing since they told me they didn’t have their henna equipment nor did they remember my appointment! I will not be going there anymore because there should be no excuses for not remembering your customer’s appointments and not having your equipment already set up!
