Jeff does excellent work! And he's as quick as the supply chain will allow him to be. For our car being an older 2012 model it was hard to Source some of the parts that were needed to do the repair however Jeff was able to find them. I highly recommend the shop if you have body work that you need to have done.

I've read a very poorly written, negative review about this business that made absolutely no sense to me at all, so I'd like to share my personal experience with Jeff (Santangelo's Collision) over the years. My coworkers, my family, my friends, and myself have used this shop for multiple vehicles, RV's, motorcycles, watercrafts, and pretty much anything and everything else that could use body work or mechanic work. Absolutely NOTHING that he's ever done for us has left us less than 101% satisfied and confident in his work! Truthfully, I've never met a more honest "car guy" in my life (I've never trusted salesmen or mechanics in any capacity)! When it came to letting me know exactly what needed to be fixed, how to properly fix it, and what the most cost efficient way to do it would be without affecting the integrity of the job itself, his communication was top notch! Jeff has always kept me informed from the minute my vehicle went into his shop, until the minute it was 100% completed. He has proven to us, time and time again, to be an honest guy, with a small local business, that takes A TON of pride in everything that he does for his customers! If there was ever any issues, he makes it right without hesitation! As I've said, we've literally referred friends and family as customers to him for years and I've never heard a negative thing about him, before or after their work was done. I'd recommend him for as long as the doors are open at Santangelo's Collision! You have those customers that will throw a shop's name in the dirt because they cannot be pleased and will never be pleased, unless they're getting something for free! It's unfortunate, but it's true! Go see it for yourself, you won't be disappointed! ????
