I have to tell you they have been a real find! They make appointments, keep them! I have an Grech RV, Mecedes Sprinter Van! RV masters are a joy to work with and they have or find solutions for problems that even the Mercedes dealer or the outfitter couldn’t solve. They are a one stop shop! They really care about the customer and I can tell you that I have dealt with 5 other companies who don’t. Other companies treat you like a meal ticket.
RV Masters repaired the drifting passenger slide on our fifth wheel. The staff is very professional and kept me updated on the progress. Prior to taking the fifth wheel to RV Masters, three different RV dealerships in the area tried to fix it and were unsuccessful. If I had taken it to RV Masters sooner, I could have saved myself time, money, and stress. I highly recommend RV Masters. They got the job done in a timely manner and repaired what others could not.
Professional and exacting details to the repair to the roof of my RV, looks better than the factory roof and should hold up for the rest of the life of the camper. Now I'm a happy camper, Thank you guys!
