My father us a veteran and has been using Duramed for a few years now. He is a very particular man to deal with to say the least. Yet miss Kim always treats and handles him with the most respect even though he is a very aggressive man. You do not find customer service like that very often, especially with not so easy customers. Tracy was absolutely amazing. She took time to help me. She didn’t rush me which I really appreciate so much. She was very knowledgeable about all the products. I have been a customer of Duramed for a very long time. I used to talk with Michelle Mitchell she was incredible also Tracy Really makes y’all look good. Make sure you take good care of her. My mom called yesterday for supplies for her sleep machine and she was connected with Amber. My mother has not stopped talking about how sweet and helpful she was. She is very sick and repeats herself often but they talked for 24 minutes about a little bit of everything and it really made her day a lot better. I know it’s not much but it’s the little things that matter the most! So thank you Amber you are amazing.
