The receptionist Bre is amazing at the Kenner location. She’s helpful . Her phone etiquette is top notch. She communicates your needs to the doctors and medical team if you have any follow-up questions, and when she says that she will return your call she does just THAT.
This is one of the few dermatology offices that readily accepts Medicaid, so sometimes the lobby and be congested , so keeping this in mind, please bring your patience.
This review is for the medical nurse Quinn . My teenage son said she was really nice. He has extreme social anxiety, as well as distrust for the medical industry; however, he was very comfortable with Quinn. She gave a great consultation on how to provide for his skin, she explained every procedure she did, which made him very at ease because he received injections. I’m a patient here too, and I remember when Quinn just started. She was very shy and cautious to not make a mistake , but that didn’t bother me because I know how to advocate for myself. And as clients we need to start advocating for ourselves more by not putting the full responsibility on the providers... read full review
I have my appointments at the Pascagoula office. They are very no frills and professional, not to mention very friendly. I have had no problems with anything and Ms. Tran explained my diagnosis to me today. I am very pleased with her and the office and staff. Highly recommend!
