They have taken care of repairs and maintenance on our Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and always been professional, timely, courteous and knowledgeable. Great service!! I live in BR...I have a sub zero refrigerator-freezer. I called two places here, thinking they be faster than someone from Nola. One said they couldn’t do it and another that they recommended didn’t call me back until after mine was fixed. They said it would take a week to get someone out (!!!!!!). A live human answered the phone at Bonvillian and came out the next day—on time and my freezer was fixed in an hour. I won’t bother with anyone else next time.
