I have conducted services from this shop a few weeks ago and I had a horrible experience. Ordered a simple repair on my truck and the mechanic showed little knowledge on what he was doing. I had to pay this shop for fixing nothing and had to hire another mechanic to fix his mess. Many reviews show that this shops mechanics dont know what they are doing and the same thing happened in my case as well. Be very careful when choosing this shop. They can't seem to fix anything other than a flat tire.

This business and the owner is very dishonest. I called for their services on and all they did was mess up my truck even more. Owner has very nasty attitude. I mean look at the way she defends herself on every single bad review of her. Think about it, she can not be right and the customer wrong in every single case.

1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience
I came to this shop at 10:00 AM for a service and unfortunately it turned into a very frustrating experience. The mechanic who first worked on my truck showed very little knowledge and had a poor attitude. He would work for 30 seconds and then disappear for long periods, wasting hours of my time. From 10 AM until almost 4 PM, almost no real progress was made.
Thankfully, another mechanic later stepped in and completed about 95% of the job professionally and efficiently. I truly appreciate his effort and professionalism.
However, when I asked the first mechanic to properly readjust the brakes (since they had been opened), he told me that “it will pop back into place once you start driving,” which is extremely concerning and unsafe advice. Fortunately, the second mechanic was still there and corrected the issue properly.
Because of the unprofessional handling of my truck, I am now heading to TA to have it inspected for any potential damage.
I strongly advise other truck drivers to be cautious when choosing this shop. Time is money in this industry, and safety is everything. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place.

Stay away. They came looked without an effort and charged me $380. Didn’t even give me or send me a receipt. No invoice no receipt after I asked multiple times. They were located only 2 miles from me. They are looking to take advantage of anyone they can. Stay away.

Highway Robbery Highway Roberry Highway Robbery Only thing i received good was Just soft speaking but to cut your pocket. Truck's battries were loose , The highly pathetic mechanic who i don't even keep just to hold the tools diagnosed as Alternator problem. The mechanic shop decided to loot the truck ended up staying on the road over the weekend. The owner assured me that the starter will be installed first thing on Monday but as highly unprofessional who don't know what they are doing and obviously they were gonna charge double the bill they were doing what they wanted to. I received a call saying that the alternator is not openinig at the yard we have to Tow the truck $500 to the shop, took all day changed the alternator and then i got a call that the batteries are completely dead waow! replaced those aswell, 4 days of work and handed me over the bill $3142 for changing 4 batteries (actual cost $480) and alternator (Actual cost $600) and on the top that this was not even this issue as the issue was loose terminals. I asked for the invoice of the parts and the lady is not providing me those aswell saying that she doesn't want to disclose the vendor price Waow! This is a straight stealing and any money which is earned this was will never benefit you rather will bring more losses to you because you guys take advantage of peoples who are stuck on the road and say YES to whatever these stupid so call Mechanics says. Beware Truckers and protect your hard earned money.

Called them out tonight to assist a truck pulling a very large 5th wheel. We had some unique challenges but the technician was professional and did a great job. We escorted the repaired vehicle and camper safely off the interstate so they can purchase new rim/tire in the morning. Everyone safe for the night so it’s a win!
