Recently did a warranty claim for an electrical issue. They were here the next day and went above and beyond to take care of the issue. Got it fixed up in a small amount of time.
The only issue I had was being told when I signed my contract that I would get a cooler as a promotional item and still haven’t received the cooler. I’ve called several times and keep getting told the cooler will be shipped directly to me. But no idea when. Finished my building in July. We are in October. This is the only reason for not rating 5 stars.
Update…. The cooler came in today! 5 stars.

Mr Stuart and Mr Myron have been out multiple times helping us with our older septic tank. They are always so kind to listen to anything we have going on. They are dedicated to finding whatever issue. They always take the time to talk to us and explain what is going on, never just pump out the tank if it is full ,but why isn’t it draining. We always feel like we get more than our money worth with their services.
The whole staff at Iowa Primary Clinic is friendly and professional. They go the extra mile with each patient to ensure all of their needs are met. I’m so glad our community has such an excellent clinic right at our fingertips!
