Walk in with a bank account, walk out in generational debt and two bottles I don't know what they do. Half the products are relabeled products from target but double the price.
For example a butterfly brown clip is $16 exactly same clip, brand and all, $8 at target.
I love shopping at Ulta! They have such a fantastic selection of products to choose from. (At my age I need to wear makeup so I don’t frighten people). The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The manager…Jade is incredibly helpful and friendly. She sets a great example for the rest of the workers there. It’s always a delight to shop there.
