The former Revolution Roofing (now Triplehorn) doesn't honor their warranty. Residential roof replaced 2 yrs. ago (July 2022) and within a few months, the roof started leaking during hard rains. Employee came out to check for leaks, got in attic with a cell phone for lighting! Needless to say, he couldn't find a leak even though the insulation was wet and ceiling sheetrock was visibly damaged! For a while longer the location had no hard rains, so no further damage occurred. However right before the last hurricane, going to the house to secure it, and noticed more leaks on ceiling. Couldn't get them out for inspection, and after hurricane told me that their warranty doesn't cover hurricane damage and actually hung up on me once I explained that the roof was leaking BEFORE hurricane. Looks like I'll have to take them to court.
