Start Corporation is a non-profit organization that provides health services to individuals with mental disabilities, the homeless, youth, and veterans. The clinic consists of physicians, nurse practitioners, and licensed social workers. The primary care provider treats illnesses from minor injuries to major medical conditions and meets mental health and substance abuse treatment needs. Patients are referred to behavioral health providers for psychiatric evaluations. Reviews highlight Dr. Eleisa Floyd as a great primary care provider who is compassionate, thorough, kind, friendly, and a listening ear. Her nurse Naomi is also praised for being great and helpful. The nurses are patient, kind, and take time to listen to every concern. From the welcoming door greeter Mary to the friendly front desk team, check-in is quick and easy. OK I love this place. I have been coming to this establishment since coming hit mental health, primary health,and recently the dentist. Harry Brown is excellent with mental health and drug addiction therapy, they have counseling, all under one roof. Lacy always has my appointments set up, I love all of these people they work hard and love their patients. Although it's very clean, Miranda is the best my only complaint is since she has been gone it's not as clean. My mom had to pick up all kinds of trash so my niece wouldn't choke or put in her mouth. Miranda never would have had anything dragging. Idk where she is but they need her back ASAP.... love Pam ❤️
Start is an unreplaceable mental health care team for me . I couldn't thank start enough. I have received the best Care from the time I walk in the door. The office staff, my primary care, the greatest dentist I have ever been to. I can't thank everyone enough. Thank you start, God bless
